As a BANT registered nutritional therapist, I provide one-to-one health advice tailored to your individual needs. I do this by using the very best nutrition science combined with personal and challenging accountability coaching. With ongoing support, nutritional therapy can optimise energy levels and enhance overall well-being.

I’m Jessica, a registered nutritional therapist specialising in helping women and men reclaim their energy and health when stress and fatigue have taken over.

If you’re feeling constantly drained, relying on caffeine or sugar to get through the day and struggling with sleep despite being exhausted, I’m here to help you restore balance and vitality.

Together, we’ll dig deep to uncover the root causes of your fatigue and stress. My approach focuses on creating personalised, realistic, and sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes that fit into your life. This isn’t about following a rigid plan; it’s about working with you to develop strategies that you can manage, supporting you every step of the way.

Before becoming a nutritional therapist, I had a dynamic career in the TV industry, working across the UK, Europe, and America. But the constant travel and pressure led me to experience the very issues I now help my clients overcome. After graduating from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, I transitioned into clinical practice and consulting. I now combine my expertise in nutrition and a love of good food to offer practical, inspiring advice to both individual clients and corporate teams, helping them find a healthier, more energised way of living.

BANT is the leading professional body for Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioners in one-to-one clinical practice and a self-regulator for BANT Registered Nutritionists®. BANT oversees the activities, training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) of its members.

What is your approach as a nutritional therapist?

My aim is to create a programme for you that is practical, realistic and achieveable involving accessible dietary and lifestyle changes. Any advice and recommendations will be backed up by evidence based science. Having had my own catering company and with a deep love of food and cooking, ecommending food that is delicious, filling and affordable will always be a priority.

Do you recommend supplements?

My approach is food and diet first, however there may be occasions when supplements can offer additional support for a limited period.

Will the advice from a Nutritional Therapist or Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner conflict with my medical care?

No. Registered Nutritional Therapists work alongside doctors to provide all the information you need to optimise your health through effective diet and lifestyle management, so that you can gain the maximum benefit from your medical care. Nutritional Therapy does not claim to cure conditions, nor aim to provide you with an alternative to your medical care, but it will provide you with the necessary tools to optimise your health within the constraints of your diagnosis​.

Do you recommend testing?

It is sometimes helpful to conduct functional testing to evaluate any underlying imbalances and reveal potential root causes of your symptoms. Your bespoke programme is then tailored to your specific needs in terms of diet, lifestyle, and supplements, helping you to get results faster. The advanced functional tests that I use in clinic are conducted by trusted laboratories.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for any appointments.

What is your cancellation policy for programmes?

Having agreed terms and conditions and started the programme, I don’t usually offer refunds unless under specifc circumstances. However in certain situations, we can discuss pausing the programme and starting again at a later date.

Are you going to make me eat kale or drink beetroot smoothies?

Only if you want to! I will work with you to recommend food that you like and I’ll take your food preferences into consideration when creating your plan. It’s important to remember however that it may be necessary to be flexible about making changes and possibly trying new things in order to reach your health goals.
